CLAIMS<\/h3>\n

Minor changes to products, their packaging or delivery quantities are possible.
\nWe process all complaints from our dealers through the form below.
\nComplaints about defects and shortages in products and deliveries must be made within 14 days of receipt of the consignment.
\nFor product warranty and spare parts issues, please contact Product support<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We process all claims from our retailers in the following way:<\/p>\n

  1. You can fill out the claims form below (recommended method).
    \n<\/strong>The form is to be filled concerning the products of a single invoice, packing list, or order<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Alternatively, you can download the Excel template and fill in claim concerning multiple products or multiple shipments and send it to us either separately by email at claims(at)tammerbrands.fi<\/a>.

    \nAll fields in the Excel template are mandatory for processing the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
