The prices shall apply in a non-binding way. We reserve the right to price changes after any alteration in exchange rates, freight costs and payments to authorities independent of us.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TERMS OF DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Delivery limits \/ small delivery surcharges<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finland \u20ac1,000 \/ \u20ac50<\/li>\n<li>Estonia, Latvia \u20ac1,500 \/ \u20ac100<\/li>\n<li>Lithuania, Sweden \u20ac2,000 \/ \u20ac200<\/li>\n<li>Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary\u00a0 \u20ac5,000 \/ \u20ac400<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For other countries the buyer will be responsible of arranging freight and the pick-up of goods from our warehouse location (FCA) and for orders under \u20ac1,000 we charge additional small order surcharge \u20ac100<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TERM OF PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The term of payment according to agreement, provided that a credit information decision has been approved or the agreed security has been supplied. We will charge a late-payment interest as specified in the Finnish Interest Rates Act for invoices not paid when they fall due.<\/p>\n<p>Tammer Brands has a factoring agreement with OP Corporate Bank plc.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PROVISION REGARDING RESERVATION OF TITLE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The title to the products sold by us shall pass to the purchaser only when the products have been paid in full.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PALLETS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We charge for pallets as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EUR pallets\u00a0\u00a0 \u20ac 9.50<\/li>\n<li>Single-use pallets\u00a0\u00a0 \u20ac 6.50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>CLAIMS AND REFUNDS<\/h3>\n<p>Minor changes to products, their packaging or delivery quantities are possible.<br \/>\nWe process all complaints through the form <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tammerbrands.fi\/en\/asiakkuus\/claims\/\">claims and refunds\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\nComplaints about defects and shortages in products and deliveries must be made within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.<br \/>\nBroken transport units and packages must be marked in the bill of lading and, if possible, authenticated with photographs.<br \/>\nFor product warranty and spare parts issues, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tammerbrands.fi\/en\/productsupport\/\">Product support<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<p>Tammer Brands belongs to all producer organisation required based on our imported product categories: electric and electronic appliances waste (Selt Ry), batteries and accumulators (Recser Oy), paper (Suomen Ker\u00e4yspaperi Tuottajayhteis\u00f6), packaging and packaging waste (SPT Oy ja SuMi Oy) and SUP products (plastic fishing equipment\/SUP-Tuottajat Oy).<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:15px;margin-bottom:15px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>See the full terms of delivery <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tammerbrands.fi\/en\/asiakkuus\/terms-of-delivery\/\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":2129,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"100-width.php","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3556","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
