The whistleblowing channel is an avenue for promoting a responsible business culture. Through the Whistleblowing Channel, you can report suspected misconduct in violation of the law, government regulations or ethical principles. The channel helps us to improve the functioning of our organisation by addressing issues at the earliest possible stage. When you want to make a report in the whistleblowing channel, you will find a link on the right-hand side of this page. The system will guide you through the process of making a report and filling in the form.<\/p>\n

WHISTLEBLOWING<\/h4>\n<\/div>

The EU Whistleblowing Directive obliges companies to create a whistleblowing channel for suspected wrongdoing. The aim is to ensure that a whistleblower who identifies a breach of EU legislation in the course of his or her work can report it without being subject to negative action.<\/p>\n

The definition of what constitutes a breach of EU legislation is broad and includes, for example, corruption, fraud, money laundering, environmental and data protection breaches.<\/p>\n

The Whistleblowing Directive requires that a report must be received within seven days and a decision must be issued within three months.<\/p>\n

ENCRYPTED AND PROTECTED PROCESSING OF REPORTS<\/h4>\n<\/div>

The reporting procedure is encrypted and password-protected, all reports are treated confidentially. Tammer Brands only processes the information provided by the notifier, no separate register of personal data is collected.<\/p>\n
