We have improved our reclamation policy and in future our customers will receive a confirmation message when a reclamation is received. We will also let you know when a decision has been made. Please note that any reclamation must be made within a reasonable time. Shortages in deliveries must be reported within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt of the delivery. This new practice will help us to serve you even better. We thank you for the feedback you have given us, which has been a guiding factor in the renewal of our policy.<\/p>\n
