This year, Rento<\/a> will participate in the Young Designers to Work design competition organized by Young Finnish Design<\/a>. This is a nationwide project that aims to provide young designers with a genuine pathway into working life and the opportunity to work on real projects that meet the needs of companies. At the same time, companies gain fresh ideas and new perspectives on design.<\/p>\n

The companies participating in the competition bring their own design challenges, which talented young people solve with bold and creative concepts. The project is a concrete action for the future of the Finnish creative industry \u2013 and also a great opportunity to strengthen Rento’s visibility and employer image.<\/p>\n

Why did Rento get involved?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u201cRento is proudly participating in the the Young Designers to Work competition in collaboration with Young Finnish Design. At Rento, we believe in the power of Finnish design\u2014and especially in the idea that young creators are its future.<\/em><\/p>\n

New designers bring fresh ideas, the courage to experiment, and an open-minded perspective. Our goal is to support them at the beginning of their careers while at the same time bringing new influences and future-oriented expertise into our product range.<\/em><\/p>\n

Rento wants to be part of renewal, inspiration, and the nurturing of the Finnish design heritage\u2014together with young creative talents.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Schedule<\/strong><\/h4>\n

At the beginning of the year, from January to March, the competition challenge is tailored. After that, from April to September, the competition is underway and young designers work on their projects. In the late autumn, during October\u2013November, Young Finnish Design organizes a pitch event where the winner is selected. We look forward to following the progress of the competition with great interest.<\/p>\n
