We decided on the \u2018all or nothing\u2019 approach and blew our online shop to bits and started building it piece by piece from the ground up.\u00a0 The long process is nearing its end, and we are now able to reveal what to expect.<\/p>\n

1. FULLY RENEWED WEBSTORE EXPERIENCE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

One of the most advanced and versatile B2B ecommerce platforms on the market enables a completely renewed webstore experience. In the same connection, we have also improved many of our back-end systems to make the most of our existing product data. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. IMPROVED MULTI-SHOP ORDERING<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

Now, the ordering system allows for the simultaneous management of multiple shops or locations cart-specifically. The delivery method can also be selected by shop, and the sell-out price can be determined in accordance with your margin already in the order phase. Saving your favourite lists makes placing further orders easier for all customers, not just those with many shops.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. BRAND MATERIALS ARE NOW EASIER TO FIND AND UTILISE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

In the future<\/span><\/span>, our brands<\/a><\/strong> will all have their own page with the available marketing material; images, videos, logos, catalogues, brochures and ready-to-use social media images for use in our customers\u2019 own channels. You no longer need to search for brand images on product cards. They can be easily browsed by brand.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. ENRICHED PRODUCT INFORMATION IS KEY<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

Also the product cards now hold more information, for example, about the product features, purpose of use or structure. The available product-specific instructions for use and brochures can also be easily found behind the product codes. We are also constantly developing new and efficient ways so that our customers can easily export the product information and images to their own systems and use them in their own online shops, among other things. <\/span><\/p>\n

5. USER INTERFACE IN FOUR LANGUAGES<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/h6>\n

The webstore will be available in four languages: Finnish, English, Swedish and Russian. Searching and browsing for products also works in all four languages. In addition, with the help of an efficient machine translation assistant, all product data can be translated into any language.<\/p>\n

6. MOBILE-FRIENDLY ORDERING CHANNEL<\/h6>\n

Naturally, the renewed webstore has also been optimised for mobile use so, in the future, orders can be placed any time or place. <\/span><\/p>\n

As to be expected, everything will not be ready at once, but now we are equipped to build the best consumer product ordering system in the world together with our customers and by listening to their needs. The old webstore will be kept in operation until everything in the new shop is running smoothly.<\/p>\n

As a customer of our old webstore, you will soon receive an email with instructions on how to login to the new westore. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you wish, you can also explore the webstore environment during your exhibition visit with the personal guidance of your sales representative. Our customer service is happy to assist and guide you and other key personnel of your company in the process of creating usernames so that the service is deployed as smoothly as possible in your company.<\/span><\/p>\n
