SELECTION DEVELOPMENT
Third-party environmental and safety labels and certifications always apply only to the products for which they have been granted, and their meaning depends on the criteria, scope of application and validity of the specific label or certification. The criteria may relate, for example, to the restriction of harmful substances, product safety for users, environmental impacts or composition. Tammer Brands checks the validity of certifications product by product based on the available batch-specific documentation.
SUSTAINABILITY AND SAFETY LABELS ISSUED BY THIRD PARTIES
The OEKO-TEX standard 100 / Öko-tex
An international textile testing and certification system that restricts the use of certain textile chemicals considered harmful. The label indicates that the certified textile product has been tested for the harmful substances defined in the standard. The validity of the certification can be checked on the Oeko-Tex website using the code shown next to the logo (www.oeko-tex.com/en/label-check).
Nordic Ecolabel / Swan label
An ecolabel used in the Nordic countries indicating that the labelled product complies with the product group specific environmental criteria defined for it. The Swan label criteria take into account the entire life cycle of the product.

EU Ecolabel / EU flower

Asthma Allergy Nordic
A label granted by the asthma and allergy associations of Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The label indicates that the labelled product is fragrance-free and that its composition meets the criteria defined for the label.
