PROCUREMENT
With the help of a good supplier and manufacturing network, we can offer our customers a competitive and high-quality product range. Through our sourcing decisions and supplier cooperation, we aim to promote good working conditions, respect for human rights and the management of environmental impacts in our supply chains. Procurement is also integrated into the processes through which we ensure product safety and compliance. We aim to maintain and develop supplier relationships in a planned and long-term manner. We require our suppliers to commit to our principles and assess suppliers as part of our sourcing process.
OUR PROCUREMENT PRINCIPLES
We pay particular attention to human rights and working conditions in our sourcing. Our procurement principles are defined in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which our suppliers are required to commit to. In addition, our supplier agreements set requirements related to product quality, compliance and other sustainability and environmental aspects which we require our suppliers to follow.

SOURCING COUNTRIES
Our products are manufactured in several countries around the world. Our main sourcing regions are Europe and the Far East.
When assessing and monitoring suppliers, we focus on risk countries where the risk of labour and human rights violations may be higher. In country risk assessment, we primarily use Amfori’s regularly updated country risk classification, which is based on the Worldwide Governance Indicators published by the World Bank. We also carry out risk assessments based on the raw materials used in the product.
The location of a supplier or production facility in a risk country does not mean that the supplier is a high-risk supplier. It does, however, mean that we pay particular attention to identifying and managing risks related to working conditions. In risk countries, third-party audits are required to assess the working conditions.
