When building our product range, we study trend forecasts for the coming seasons and listen to the requests of our customers.
We want to inspire our customers with our branded products, and have invested heavily in product information, images and videos in recent years to support the sales of our branded products and also to stimulate the desire of consumers to purchase.

For specific requests for product information forms, please contact our product team at firstname.lastname@example.org Our product team will serve customers with the following response time promises for the completion of product information forms.
• For sales order products for immediate delivery, the response time for product information forms is approximately 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request by the product team
• For pre-ordered sales order products, the response time for product information forms is approximately 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the request by the product team
• Packaging material surveys and other extensive product information surveys are always scheduled on a case-by-case basis
We provide product information for the products in our range. For items that have been removed from our range, we will provide information to the extent that it was available when the product was in our range. For packaging material information or other product information for which systematic data collection starts after the product has been added to the range, we will provide product information to the extent that it is available for the product concerned.
